Priceline experience'Call your own price'? Has anyone had first-hand experiance with priceline.com and named your own price? So if I get that right, will you name your price and get a property you pick? So if you've had experiences, how closely to your specifications are they when they vote? i.e. - if I pick downtown CHS (which shows their detail card ca. between Rutledge and the harbour and it looks like Radcliffe to just below Commercial St.) and name my price are they really going to keep me within that range when I specify?

Even if I name my price and don't like the Hotel they found, do I have a last chance to decide out before I actually buy, or am I tight with one they find? What is the best way to get a great'Name your own price' offer OR how near the travel season?

What better way to get there, or nearer? Priceline experience'Call your own price'? I have used PL several time and had no resort outside the area I wanted to be in. The Charleston has several areas without 3. 5 or 4-star hostels, so if a down town offer for this category goes wrong, the tactics of attaching a area is used to immediately redeem it at a slightly higher price. bestbidding has a good reason for the best way to do this.

I' ve got some good deals on PL and haven't had a bad motel, however I'm only going for 3. Priceline experience'Call your own price'? They use Priceline & Hotwire a great deal, although in the south (Charlotte, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Savannah, Jacksonville) a better rates & often better room ---is to verify the low bid on both.

Priceline, Hotwire. Then call the property you think is direct, talk to the manager or sales manager & just ask for the Manager's Special....Offer 5% less than Hotwire have&..... Remember that once you have accepted, your payment will be immediately debited, although in 2 Charlotte Mgr.

With Priceline or Hotwire..... Priceline experience'Call your own price'? If they do not tell you "your own price", your offer can be acceptable in your chosen stars evaluation, OR ANY START Ratings above what you have made. You can see how many are in each site and how high the stars are by looking at the featured properties on their website and then referring to the specified areas at your own price.

The reason we called our own price for a 31/2 stars resort in Columbus City, Ohio, was that it was the only 3 1/2 in the dedicated area and right next to the congress centre where we wanted to be. And we landed in a 4-star motel near her, but far from the congress mall.

When we jumped through the tires and had over an hours support, we were able to change hotels and get a refund for the first one, less a $25 surcharge. Priceline experience'Call your own price'? You can use Priceline and the like if you have specific needs such as friendliness to dogs and my mother must either be near an lift or near the door as she can't go far.

Priceline experience'Call your own price'? If you travel with a dog, I wouldn't bet on Priceline. They can' choose the hotels. You' ll receive the accommodation that will accept the price you have offered. Might be a non-pet-friendly resort. When you arrive, you can ask the hotelier to take you near an lift, but you cannot choose one of these when you place your bids.

Betting really only works if you don't have any particular things you need in the game. You will find the winner hotels within the highlighted area of the card. Do not place a bet on an area that is not in the area in which you wish to be located. In order to determine when the best auction is, the nearer to your deadline, the greater the chances that a lower offer will be acceptable as they will try to fill empty spaces.

Offering early is usually not helping, but once I won a Hawaii resorts property for 50% off 5 month before a journey, but it was in low seasons. Include" free" areas in your bid by selecting a bid area where there are only properties lower than the Michelin rated property you are bidting on.

Example: You offer for a 3-star-motel. For your second offer, after the first has not been approved, you can enter a 2 stars or lower rated area because there is no possibility that you would get a 3 stars in this area because there is no 3 stars there.

This gives you another opportunity to bid again on the same date. I' ve never won a lousy outfit before. They were usually great rooms at great rates. They simply cannot be choosy about the situation or specific needs of the hotels. Betting is great!! Priceline experience'Call your own price'?

We' ve had great priceline hit if you know you want to remain in a certain place, and it's how we've made it affordably to remain in some more expensive inner cities! Priceline experience'Call your own price'? Please note that the "double occupancy" of Priceline does not offer a warranty for two people.

Priceline experience'Call your own price'? From this page* (www.lastminute.com) I once reserved a room in a room, it only cost 33 Euros per day. Later, it revealed the name of the name of the resort that was NH Zurich International Airfield. It really took me by surprise when I checked the price of these special overnight stays on-line, which was no less than 65 euros per overnight.

I' ve already advised my buddies to stay in a hotel through this page..... 19. Priceline experience'Call your own price'? You put a hotel in classes you don't really want either because they lengthen a class so much that it could be all re-aally or it's hardly any of those savings because they will give you the lowest priced in class and only like 25% you' sav.

Priceline experience'Call your own price'? I' ve used Priceline three time and was very satisfied with the results. Bidding better explained to me that there were only three or four beach resorts that took part with Priceline, so I knew that if I was to succeed with my offer, it would be a cute place.

I' ve had similar successes in San Diego and Vancouver at the same prices. It was a bonuses in Canada because Priceline is located in the USA, I didn't have to buy GST/PST. Be cautious when booking a reservation, you must still cover the cost of the reservation and/or park directly at check-in.
