Baby car boots are available at some sites but cannot currently be reserved on-line. If you would like to rent a car seat, please consult the company's offices in your area. Any extra and benefits will result in extra tax and surcharge. A number of US car purchase and car hire insurances offer car hire insurances, so please verify with your car hire company and your own car hire insurances for detail.
It' against the law to operate in the USA without car insurances. It is likely that your holiday cover only includes the deductible, so please review the small printed part of your holiday itinerary. Do you have a current driving licence? Do you have an important debit or debit cards in their name at the moment of renting or do you fulfill the demands of sites qualifying to withdraw money. Please note: See our qualifying conditions for depositing money with your debit and/or ATM cards. There is no legal limit on the renting of a car in the United States and Canada.
If you are between 21 and 24 years old, a fee may be charged for young tenants. 100 per diem, but may be higher or lower depending on the site. Tenants aged 21 to 24 years can only rent Economy via full-size vehicles. An employee of the US government can rent at the tenderer' s discretion at the tenderer' s discretion, but must present his or her order to the tenderer.

Supplementary chauffeurs are permitted if the following conditions are met: presentation of a debit cardholder on their behalf at the moment of hire or fulfilment of the site's cashier qualification requirement. In the USA and Canada there is no extra charge for authorised riders. Authorised chauffeurs would be a husband or wife or a local companion (same or opposite sex) who fulfils the conditions of hire. In the USA or Canada, there is no extra charge for a replacement rider for a mobility-impaired tenant who fulfils the site's lease conditions.
Please note: State laws in California, Illinois, Missouri, Nevada, Oregon and Wisconsin allow the partner to be an automatically authorised rider who meets the rider's driving license requirement and legal retirement ages. The license must be granted by the state/province of residence. The license may not have lapsed. The license must be checked at the moment of rent.
As mentioned above, we do not accept old driving licences. Exceptions to this rule are a tenant who is an American Military with an American Military ID and a driver's license that has been granted by a state with a Military Extension Policy. Inhabitants of the province of Ontario, Canada must have a G2 license.
Anyone in Arizona with a driver's licence that has been obtained outside the United States or its territory must present a current travel document. Any Nevada resident with a driver's licence outside the United States or its territory must present a current travel document. All California airports and depots require tenants with driving licences that have been obtained outside the United States or its territory to present a current travel document.
The licence must be granted by the country of residence. Riders must have a current and unexpired licence and a photo ID which must be presented at the moment of rent. There are two parts licensees who must manufacture both parts. When the licence is in a different tongue than English but the signs are in English (e.g.
alphabetical list is an expanded Latin script (German, Español, etc.), an international driver's licence is highly recommendable, but not necessary. Notice: An international driving licence is a copy of the person's driving licence in their home countries and does not indicate the person's driving licence number, limitations or nature.
An international driving licence is necessary if the licence is in a different tongue than German and the signs are not in German (e.g. Russian, Chinese, etc.). You must present a debit and debit cards in the lessee's name (the deposit will vary between $100 and $300 plus the real rent, depending on the location).
On the back, the name must be the same as the name printed on the ticket. You will find the banker' s bank account number when you book a bank overdraft. All non-VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard logos are regarded as debit/cheque postcards. All other non-Creditcards without VISA, MasterCard logos are not acceptable.
When a debit or debit cards is approved, the name of the tenant must be the same. The deposit will vary between $100 and $300 plus the real rent, depending on the area. A debit or debit pass is acceptable with a return flight pass (airline, ferry or train) at the moment of rent.
These will be provided by the provider directly - when picking up the car or by contact: The DW is available at the moment of renting for an extra day's fee. When the Lessee agrees to DW, the Company will waive or reduce the Lessee's liability for lost or damaged Lessee's car (including but not restricted to recovery, warehousing, loss of use, management charges and/or impairment) in accordance with the provisions of the Lease and in accordance with current Law.
The DW is not your insurer. Buying DW is an option and not necessary to rent a car. DW's cover can double the tenant's current cover. The company is not in a position to assess the appropriateness of the renter's current cover; therefore, the lessee should check his car insurances, car insurances or other cover that could copy the cover offered by DW.
PAI/PEC (Personal Injury Insurance) is available at the moment of renting for an extra day's fee. When the PAI included in the insurance is approved, the tenant and the tenant's customers will receive the cost of accidents, health costs and outpatient clinic costs. PEC included in the insurance policies covers the tenant's belongings, extra driver or any member of the tenant's immediate home environment who is on the road with the tenant against the risk of losing or damaging them.
The services are to be paid in supplement to any other insurances of the lessee or the passenger. The PAI/PEC is governed by the terms, restrictions and exclusions contained in the PAI/PEC policies taken out by either Impire Fire and Marine Assurance Companies or Impire Indemnity Assurance Companies, as applicable, based on the place of use. Purchasing PAI/PEC is an option and not necessary to rent a car.
PAI/PEC's cover can copy the tenant's current cover. The company is not in a position to assess the appropriateness of the tenant's current cover; therefore, the tenant should check his own individual policy or other cover pools that can replicate the cover provided by PAI/PEC. Complemental Liability Protection (SLP) is available at the moment of renting for an extra day's fee.
SLP will provide the Lessee and authorised driver with up to US$1,000,000,000 for third parties damages if approved. When the Lessee agrees to SLP, the corporation provides third party cover up to the valid legal limits of third parties liable and Kaiser Fire and Marine Insurances offers excessive third parties liable from the valid legal limits of up to $1,000,000,000.
The SLP is governed by the additional hirer's indemnity policies, which are taken out by emire fire and navy alliance. Buying SLP is an option and not necessary to rent a car. SLP's cover can replicate the tenant's current cover.
The company is not in a position to assess the appropriateness of the tenant's current cover; therefore, the tenant should check his own individual policy or other cover that could replicate the cover offered by SLP.
